Club M Contract
2025-2026
Club M School Year Contract and Agreement
The following provisions are the terms and conditions of your responsibilities with CMP and Club Montessori (Club M). Please read this contract carefully.
Sign In/Sign Out Procedure: Parents or pre-authorized sign-in/out persons are required to sign the student in upon arrival and out upon departure every day the student attends Club M. The person picking up the student must be at least 18 years of age and needs to be pre-authorized to sign the student out. Please be prepared to show ID. All students must be signed out by their program plan end time. The person picking up the student must use their own 4-digit ProCare code. Once a student has been signed out by their authorized adult, they may not be signed back into Club M.
Contract Period & Registration Fees: This contract is for the 2025-2026 school year. This contract does not include intersessions during the school year or summer. Club M charges a non-refundable $50 School-Year Registration Fee per participating child. This is a one-time fee and must be paid at the time of initial registration. This registration fee cannot be pro-rated. Club M reserves the right to change fees with a 30-day written notice.
School and Club M Calendar: The CMP Governing Board approves the school year and Club M calendar. Club M offers before and after-school care on all school days, except for the afternoon sessions on the last school day in December and the final day of the academic year. Additionally, care is available during intersession periods as indicated on CMP’s official school calendar.
Exceptions to Service: CMP may change the Club M schedule and/or location of service and may cancel service with 10-calendar days written notice, with the exception of emergency closure.
Payment of Fees (Regular Plans): Monthly fees are due on the first of the month for which services are needed. If payment is not received by the end of the day on the 5th, Club M services will be suspended until the account is brought up to date and a $25 reinstatement fee is paid. Two service suspensions due to unpaid fees will result in disenrollment from Club M for the remainder of the school year. If parents in separate households share financial responsibility, both must sign the contract and coordinate the division of fees independently, as CMP does not mediate payment arrangements.
Program Hours & Late Pick up Fees: For students enrolled in Club M on scheduled program days, all CMP sites open at 7:00 AM. Staff is not available before this time. All sites close promptly at 6:00 PM, and families must arrive in time to pick up their child and exit campus by 6:00 PM. Late pick-ups occur when a child is picked up after their designated program end time:
- TK/Kindergarten Supplement Plan & Early Release Days Only Plan: 3:00 PM
- After-School Plan: 6:00 PM
Early drop-offs and late pick-ups will be charged at a rate of $1 per minute, per child. Repeated early drop-offs or late pick-ups may result in suspension or disenrollment from Club M.
Billing Fees & Returned Checks: There will be a $25 service charge on all returned checks. After the second returned check, payments must be made by cash, a money order made out to CMP, or a credit card payment made through Parent Square.
Enrollment Space: Enrollment in Club M is limited by availability of facilities and staff. Club M reserves the right to accept or deny enrollment in the program based on space/staff availability.
Waitlists: CMP strives to enroll all students that apply to Club M; however, there may be a waitlist for program plans. It is not unusual to be offered a seat in one program plan and be on the waitlist for another. The waitlists may shift as we work to accommodate our program needs.
Intersessions: Intersessions require a separate sign-up process, independent of the regular school year enrollment and contract. Registration will open approximately one month before the intersession begins. Refunds are available until the payment due date; after that, refunds or credits will not be issued.
Legal Fees: If failure to adhere to all fee responsibilities listed above results in any costs incurred by Club M or CMP, including but not limited to legal fees and/or collection fees, these costs become the responsibility of the signatory of this contract. By signing this contract, the signatory agrees to have any issue or claim arising out of this contract or out of child’s enrollment, attendance, or care in a Club M Program decided by neutral arbitration.
Contract Termination & Schedule Changes: A minimum 10-day written notice by the undersigned must be given for any changes or termination in any Club M Program. All changes take place on the first day of the contract month. The Annual Contract may be elected/declined/changed only once.
Refund Policy: The Club M program incurs fixed costs and cannot give credits or refunds for early pickups, late drop offs, absences, illnesses, holidays, or vacations. If Club M has an emergency closure, it will be at the discretion of CMP if there will be a credit/refund given. Students dis-enrolling from the program with a 30 day written notice may request a refund of any advance payments made for unused care past the date of disenrollment.
Student and Parent Code of Conduct / Right to Refuse Service:
Students and parents must adhere to all CMP policies and procedures. Failure to comply with CMP and Club M rules may result in termination of the student’s participation in Club M. Enrollment in Club M is optional, and CMP reserves the right to deny service at its sole discretion.CMP Staff Only:
Please apply to Club M only if your child(ren) will attend regularly. Your child may only attend Club M during your contracted work hours while you are physically on campus or traveling between campuses as part of your regular schedule.- Your child may not attend Club M on days you are not working.
- If you would like your child to participate in intersession, you must sign up separately. The fee will be waived only if you are scheduled to work during that intersession.
