CMP INTEREST FORM

  • Applying to CMP is quick and easy – just use the link on our website!
  • CMP offers Transitional Kindergarten through 8th grade, along with Club M, our engaging after-school program.
  • Families do not need to live in a specific district to apply.
  • For the 2026-27 school year, your student qualifies for:
    • Transitional Kindergarten (TK) if they turn 4 on or before September 1, 2026.
    • Kindergarten if they turn 5 on or before September 1, 2026.
    • 1st Grade if they turn 6 on or before September 1, 2026
